    Dr. Tug

    Gokaydin, Ph.D., MBA, PMP®, CSM, CISA, CISM

    Tug Gokaydin is also known as “Dr. Tug”. He is the founder, president and CEO of Management Sciences Corporation (MSC). In this role, he directs MSC’s strategy and business development, heads its technology management consulting and training areas, and serves as one of its primary training instructors.

    Dr. Tug brings a wealth of practical business knowledge as well as substantial teaching experience to the MSC classroom. For more than 11 years, he has been an associate professor for University of Phoenix and DeVry University.

    Before launching MSC, Dr. Tug worked with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for more than 17 years in various strategic senior management positions in the information systems consulting and outsourcing area. There, he was instrumental in the deployment of new technology for corporations such as Raytheon, Hughes Aircraft Company, DIRECTV, Pratt & Whitney, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Ascension Health (Carondelet Health and Columbia St. Mary’s), as well as the University of Pennsylvania Health System and the U.S. Air Force.

    Dr. Tug holds a doctorate in organization and management, with an emphasis in technology, from Capella University. He also holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in political science from New England College. He earned a project management certificate from the University of California, Irvine, and a graduate level certificate in information systems management from USC.

    Dr. Tug holds several professional certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and ISACA (an international IT governance, security and audit association), including: Project Management Professional (PMP®), Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Information Security Manager (CISM). He is also a University of Phoenix Certified Advanced Facilitator.

    He is the published author of a research study entitled Certified versus Non-Certified Project Managers . The study compares the outcomes of projects managed by each, using data from a global Fortune 500 IT company.

        Dr. Jamey

        Stephens, DNP, FNP-C, RN


        Dr. Jamey Stephens, DNP, FNP-C, is the Vice President of Healthcare Programs for Management Sciences Corporation. She has spent twenty-five years in the Healthcare Industry and holds a Doctorate from Arizona State University. Her specialty is in Evidence-Based Practice as well as education. She also earned a certificate for Nurse Education in Academic Practice from Arizona State University.

        She shares her passion for healthcare and education as a Nurse Practitioner, leading a clinical team providing primary care to our nations Veterans. She also provides preceptorship for nurse practitioner students in clinical practice. Dr. Stephens is an adjunct faculty member with the University of Phoenix. Dr. Stephens is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Southern Nevada Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a past co-chair of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP) Certification Board. She is a past recipient of the Outstanding Nurse, Recognition Award, for Los Angeles County.

        Dr. Stephens is an experienced researcher and published author. Her scholarly work includes, Got PAD? Hidden Dangers Revealed with ABI.             Mr. Craig

            McCormick, MBA, PMP®,CISA

            Craig is the Executive Vice President of Project Management Programs, and he is one of the lead project management instructors. Craig brings over 20 years of information technology auditing, project management/control and governance experience. Craig is a proven leader and performer in a variety of assignments, his expertise in project management and organizational control has benefitted major business clients, including Raytheon, DirecTV, County of San Diego, and Boeing.

            Prior to joining (MSC), Craig held Project Management Office, Auditor and Service Delivery Manager Positions with Computer Sciences Corporation. On major accounts (10,000 plus employees), he was responsible for all IT infrastructure project management activities including; planning, budgets, scheduling and implementation. As Service Delivery Manager he was responsible for problem management and service level attainment for a 4,000+ user environment.

            As auditor, he led a software license reconciliation and process development/implementation effort that resulted in a cost reduction of over million and controls to prevent installation of licensed software on in-scope desktops/laptops in a 14,000 user and multi-business unit environment. Craig earned his Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University’s College of Technical Careers, and his Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Long Beach. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

                Ms. Mary

                Sanders, Ph.D. (ABD), MA, Cert. NLP Trainer


                Mary is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Development.. She is one of the lead instructors.Mary is a successful business and training consultant, having worked with many Fortune 500 companies. She works with executives and sales staff to improve performance: theirs and others.

                As a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, she shows key people to use the power of language and effective communication tools to create effective results. Through her sales training, coaching, and use of competency models, her results have helped companies increase their sales year after year by more than the industry avarage.

                She is also the author of two books, R.P.M. Realize Your Power To Motivate and The Work, An Employee’s Guide to Essential Attitudes and Performance for Success. Mary was selected as the 2008 Faculty Member of the Year at University of Phoenix’ Las Vegas Campus for her excellent instruction and development of faculty members. She also has earned the prestigious title of Certified Advanced Facilitator from University of Phoenix.

                    Dr. Patricia

                    Dues, DMIST, MBA, PMP


                    Dr. Patricia Dues is a lead faculty in project management field and she is internationally known in the field of information technology. She has been in the field of technology over 30 years with a focus on project management. For over 15 years she managed the Enterprise Program Office for the City of Las Vegas. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2005. Dr. Dues was named the 2008 Las Vegas Emerging Public Administrator of the Year by the Association of Public Administration.

                    A member of the board of directors of the Oracle Applications Users Group (OAUG) since 2001, she has served as president for three terms, in addition to holding other executive board offices. She chairs international councils and committees as a member of the board of the International Oracle Users Council (IOUC). For her volunteer contributions of providing white papers and presentations on the use of Oracle applications and technology she received an Oracle Ace designation. Dr. Dues was named User Group Evangelist of 2009 by Oracle magazine, and has presented papers worldwide, with the most current in Dubai in May 2009.

                    Dr. Dues holds accredited degrees that include: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration (BA) from the University of Washington; a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix; and a Doctorate in Management in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Information Systems and Technology (DMIST) from the University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies.

                    Dr. Dues is currently an associate faculty member for University of Phoenix, Las Vegas and online campuses. She teaches in the School of Business and the Information Systems and Technology College.

                        Mr. Dean

                        White, MBA

                        Mr. H. Dean White is the lead marketing & Sales faculty. Dean a native of the Chicago area and a long suffering Cubs fan. Dean is a local entrepreneur, and a Sales and Marketing professional. Previously, he held numerous positions with the Las Vegas Review-Journal where he worked for nearly 2 decades. Prior to moving to Las Vegas he worked 5 years for the Chicago Tribune. In addition to teaching for MSC, Dean teaches graduate and undergraduate marketing courses at the University Of Phoenix, Las Vegas Campus.

                        Dean holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University, and an MBA from UNLV. He is also the graduate of Advanced Executive Program at the Media Management Institute at Northwestern University.

                        Dean is active in a number of non-profits and serves on several community boards. He is a past president of the American Marketing Association. Dean is an avid cyclist and reader. He is the self-proclaimed; worst golfer on earth.

                            Mr. Yavuz

                            Tokdemir, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SMC, ITIL

                            Yavuz is also known as “Yaz” brings his extensive Scrum knowledge to Management Sciences Corporation. He has 10 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies and global engineering firms for the project management of mission-critical, complex IT systems and large-scale software development lifecycles (SDLC). He has worked as a consultant for wide range of enterprise level customers from the world’s leading financial institutions to telecom giants or even professional football teams that are located in United States, Germany and Italy.

                            Yaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering and several professional certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and other Information Technology related organizations including; Project Management Professional (PMP®), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP®), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) , ITIL®(Information Technology Infrastructure Library) v3 Foundation, Six Sigma Green Belt.

                            Yaz is a hardcore supporter of Scrum and its Continuous Improvement framework. For the last several years, he has been experiencing significant improvement in every aspect of software development as organizations become more agile.
