Health Care Project Management provides participants with the project management skills needed to improve health care delivery performance and the people management skills to create an effective project management environment.
The program weaves the topics of creating and managing teams, delegation, motivation, conflict resolution, and negotiation into the technical approach to project management so they work together to generate maximum results.
In addition, participants will explore project management through the lens of audiences affected by their work. Experiential activities and case study analysis allow the time to practice both the skills and the language of project management.
